| Return Policy If you are not satisfied with any Woodstove Outlet product you may return it within 30 days for replacement or refund. General Information All merchandise returned to us for any reason MUST have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise (unless damaged in shipping) must be returned to us in new re-sellable condition with the original box, all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping. Manufacturer's warranty may apply after 30 days of purchase. Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. If the delivery person has left contact us as soon as possible. Woodstove Outlet must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 10 days. How to return a package 1. Request an RMA number by calling us at 1-866-551-7330 or by emailing us at sales@redhillgeneralstore.com . If calling please have the following information handy: Name Invoice Number Date of purchase Address Daytime phone E-mail address Product being returned Reason for return If you wish to receive an RMA number by email please include all of the above information. 2. Package your return carefully. If possible use the original box and don't forget to include all factory or product manuals and factory packaging materials. Failure to include these materials may result in our not accepting your return. We suggest you check with the shipping service you will be using to return your package to insure that the package is packed properly. We also suggest you purchase insurance on the package equal to the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping. 3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. It's best to use a permanent marker for this. 4. Regardless of point of origin all merchandise must be returned to the above address for proper credit. Merchandise not returned to the above address is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
